Drifter Fish Club - Deposits and Refunds Agreement
1. Deposit Requirement:To secure your spot on any trip with Drifter Fish Club, a 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
2. Refunds:
Refundable Deposits (up to 60 days before the trip): Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your reservation 60 days or more before the trip departure date.
Non-Refundable Deposits (within 60 days of the trip): If you cancel within 60 days of the trip, the deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your spot with another club member or a guest accompanying a club member (using a "guest pass").
3. Spot Replacement and Guest Passes:
If you need to cancel your reservation within 60 days, you may receive a refund of your deposit only if your spot is filled by another club member or by a guest of a club member using a guest pass.
The refund amount will be the equivalent of the deposit, minus any administrative or transaction fees that may apply.
4. Payment and Balance: The remaining balance of the trip cost is due no later than 21 days before the trip departure date.
5. Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by Drifter Fish Club management in writing.
By booking your trip with Drifter Fish Club, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Deposits and Refunds Agreement.
